Keto Bacon Roasted Cauliflower Recipe with Blue Cheese Dip

This low-carb bacon roasted cauliflower recipe will soon become one of your favorite keto snacks. For me, it was love at the first bite.

Ready to cut up some cauliflower and bite into savory goodness in 30 minutes or less?

Let’s get started.

INGREDIENTS
1/2 head cauliflower
1 tablespoon avocado oil
1/4 tbsp salt and pepper to taste
1/8 tsp paprika to taste
1/8 tsp cayenne powder (optional) to taste
4 slices bacon
2 tbsp blue cheese dressing (Keto friendly store bought)

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Grease the baking sheet or line it with a foil.
Cut the cauliflower florets off the stem and place them on the baking sheet. Cut up the bacon slices into bite-sized pieces. Mix them with the cauliflower. Sprinkle sea salt, pepper, paprika, and cayenne powder if you are using to season. Drizzle the avocado oil on top to coat.
Roast in the oven for about 20 minutes until the top is golden and fully cooked.
Serve them with a side of blue cheese dressing.
